Value before features
Every project starts with the business, not the tool. When you know what the client is really trying to achieve, a delivery turns into a result.
I'm Fredrik, and I started out in sales and as a store manager, where I doubled the store's profitability in just six months. That experience taught me how a business actually works, and I still start every project by asking what will create real value.
Since then I've worked in events in a range of roles, mostly in event operations and almost always as project manager. I'm often the bridge between technicians, developers and the client. I translate between them, keep everyone aligned and make sure the result works for the people it's meant for. Clients tend to appreciate that a lot.
I'm just as happy diving deep into the systems themselves. I learn fast, I like to understand how things work under the hood, and I use that to deliver solutions that make a difference.

Projects rarely fail on technology. They fail in translation. I keep clients, developers and technicians speaking the same language, so nothing gets lost between idea and delivery.
The best solutions come from understanding how a system really works and is used, because that is where the smart shortcuts and the hidden risks are found.
